We believe in providing our staff with a work environment that is happy and harmonious - one that helps them become their best professionally so that they can achieve their professional goals. Here are just a few of the things that we do:
Outstanding training and development opportunities
As well as providing structured on the job training, we also allow our staff regular time off to study externally through our partnerships with education facilities. We have developed a range of courses with them that have not only been structured to provide our staff with technical skills, but also to teach them life skills. These courses are fully sponsored by our business so our team are not required to pay anything in order to further their education.
If you're a school-leaver or just looking for a career change and are interested in a career in aged care, you may be able to benefit from a traineeship. These roles come up throughout the year and are available across a range of jobs, including but not limited to, personal care work and administration. Along with on the job training, we provide structured courses to help you gain certification in your preferred area.
Competitive pay rates
We believe in looking after our staff and, as such, we pay industry competitive above award pay rates.
Family friendly and flexible workplace
We believe that happy staff are productive staff, and happiness starts in the home. Therefore, as an organisation, we do our best to accommodate the responsibilities that you have outside of work.
A great team of people to work with
We are very selective about the people we hire because we are committed to building on the positive team culture that we have developed. If you make the grade, you can be assured that you will be working in a happy, positive environment.
